During Covid-19, many people have taken up new hobbies, and one popular activity is cooking. Here are five reasons why you should take up cooking:


1) Stress Relief - After a long day of school or work, cooking can be just the thing you need to unwind and relax.


2) Expand Your Knowledge - Learning how to cook can teach you about cultures, traditions, and flavors you never knew about!


3) Health - Making your own food will be a lot healthier than food from outside. When you make your own food, you know what goes (and doesn’t go) in. Additionally, you will be able to make sure that you get all the nutrition you need.


4) Share the Fun - Cooking can create positive energy. Spend some time with friends or family by cooking together!


5) Express Yourself - Cooking is a great way to express yourself! While cooking, you are the master of the kitchen. Plate and cook however you want!
